Service Technician
OVERVIEW:
Cornerstone Commercial Services is seeking additional technicians for full-time work for kitchen exhaust cleaning and commercial kitchen deep cleaning. These are NOT janitorial services, instead they are skilled technician roles. We are the best in our industry and take pride in the details. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday and hours range from 10pm-6am. On occasion there may be an opportunity for additional work on Saturday/Sunday as needed. Bilingual is a plus. Must have reliable transportation to and from the office, a reliable smartphone, and be able to pass a background check.

Be able to lift up to 75 pounds

Speak fluent English

Prefer valid driver’s license and good driving history

Have good communication skills
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Must understand and demonstrate competence in time management, personal initiative and independent decision making.

Utilize provided safety equipment and exercise good safety practices at all times.

Follow the provided schedule each week and be timely for appointments.

Maintain service records for each customer.

Recognize and advise customer staff and management as well as Cornerstone supervisor of any potential safety issues.
